Tribute to my late brother-in-law

Something which my sister wrote.

I pen this with a very very heavy heart, needless to say those who read this will feel how I am feeling. I have a lot to say...but I really don’t not know where I should start from...We had spent a lot of time together these 2 weeks...Memories of him just keep flashing back. Tears flows……..there it goes….
Henry knew my sister through a secondary school mate and through fishing they got to know each other. My sister was then with another guy and Henry came between them. First impression of him was definitely not welcoming by our group of cousin….We start to call him names…how bad are we….Mee Pok was his nick back then…

I knew my sister have chosen him, she even hide from me and went for an overseas trip with him...silently….until I saw those photograph of him and her…By then , they were silently into relationship for almost a year. From there, I knew nothing could change my sister’s decision and from there we slowly welcomed him into our group of khakis….

We have our usual get away in the bowling centre, gathering and meet up during the weekends and we continued to tease him, called him names like Mee Pok and slowly we slip into a new nick called the “Highlighter”. Only we knew what the Highlighter means…He was a fishing king. There was once he caught a huge stingray and he didn’t kept it for himself but he shared his portion among his fishing khakis. We had a trip with him and that was the first trip we went with him and also the very last, because we have no interest in fishing…Through the years, fishing was always their activities and that is why we always get good fishes to eat from their trip.

On 30th December 2006, they had their customary…That was one of their happiest days in their life and that was also the first and the last time I called him Jie Fu. He embraced all round of activities lined up by the Sisters, you can see how eager he wants to wed my sisters…My sister was so blessed to have him....He was a treasure to her.A year later, in Dec 07 he was blessed with a little angel, Thadd ..He was his life…He loves Thadd a lot and in 2009 Mar his 2nd angel, Tricia came to this world….They were so blessed with a pair “PERFECT” Angel…One boy and one girl….He was a family man….loves his wife and kids…Though my sister always teases him that first pregnancy was better, she gets to eat better food, drink more coconut water, but I guess it just that time doesn't allow him to bring her there. Each time my sister nags, he would just smile and ignore her…

We had numerous oversea trips together….Jusco and Genting was one of our regular spot back then. We are all great gamblers, but he was the best! We went to Macau/Hong Kong on 30th November last year. That was the most wonderful trip we had….shopping gambling, eating, sleeping and resting…..and he planned to get us there which is due next week. Everything was well planned and only hotel room wasn’t booked. This bad news just came not in the right time. To mourn, we have decided to call off this trip.

Every weekend, we’ll gather at my mum house for MJ session. We had another new nick for him “TIE GUAI LI”….The hard legged. He also recently came out with Song like "933 golden pillow", to hint player what the other player tiles is. He was so good to see what tile u want exactly and hold on to the tiles you want….until the end of the game, he will flashes the tiles u are waiting for…and let you “DUI”. 85% of the time, he would have won us… but he was always so generous with his winning. He would either give his lose coins to the loser or treat after the game.

On 10th April, we celebrated Tricia full month at their home. On 11th April, we celebrated his birthday and Helen's Birthday at downtown east, japanese restuarant. He was still so well….and on 18th April, we went swimming at Anchorvale CC and follow by Rachel’s birthday celebration. We never knew that was his last celebration with us. On 21st and 23rd evening, we had an unusual MJ session which he called for…That was the last session of his hobby with us….and he slipped into comma the next day.....

He was a loving, caring, generous family man though at times he loses his temper easily. …That is Poh….that’s what my sister loves about him. He was his pillar; his everything…every single decision was made by him. For now, the pillar is supporting you behind, every decision that you are making, in fact he is making for you through you. It’s not easy to forget him, It’s not easy for tears to stop, It’s not easy for the heart to moves on, It’s not easy with words that can heal, It’s not easy to get life moves on..Just simply not easy…tear still flows….flow and flow….we will not stop anyone from crying as his memories are too clear and fresh on each of our mind.

May you rest in peace....Shine some guidance for Eileen, morally giving her support up there….looking over your 2 angels…..and guide them as they grow…grow to be a better person, that’s what you wish to see too…You are a wonderful man and we all treasure you and loves you..Its a great lost to us…..rest in peace….

we will give my sister the fullest support….remember to watch over her….she still needs you…rememeber your 2 lovely angels will always be ours….In memories of you we always hold...

It have been very long since i update my blog..been getting more lazy le...have been home for the past 13 days. MC for like total of 25 days because of injured ankle. everyone say i chao geng i was like WTH. if i wan to geng no need wait until now to geng rite. somemore my vocation so good y still geng? nvm wait until you people feel the pain then come and say mi whether is it geng or not.maybe i think is because i extend my mc until 21st april and i am going for overseas trip on the 26 april.. but who cares if no one wan to believe then forget it..dun believe can come my house and see anyway i everyday at home so free need some ppl to come visit mi. hope i can post my injured leg pics and let u all see

it have been a very long time since i last update my blog. have been really busy with NS stuff with all the trainees. and now i am in camp using inet. All of them went home early because of command half day leave.. but sadded i cannot go because i am on duty. hai tomorrow morning then can go home. damn sad.

White christmas

first of all just wanted to say sorry for being so stupid and do not know what to do after saying and doing all those stuff to you. Hmm christmas is coming and everyone is wishing for big big present for their white christmas but all i want is just that thing which i have been waiting for very long, but i will try my very best to earn it no matter how difficult it is. its near end of year and new year is coming soon and i still have lots of problems which haven been solve. why in this world must there be problems. if its problem that can be solve i don't mind. but what i get is problems that cant be solve. who is going to help. am i so useless in this type of things. i see people can solve it easily why not me. i think this year is a real bad year for me with not much achievement

haven been blogging for like 1 month. been so busy with army life ever since i enlisted. trainee life has never been good but there is sure to have advantage of being a trainee, everything just listen and follow. now training hard for my next vocation and going to pass out real soon. after passing out i will be on my own and there wil not be any instructors to guild us along the way, it all depends on ourself. will update more offen if i have the time and put more pictures because my blog is so dead now.

Ffinally after 2 months training in tekong BMT finally its over on the sept 9 now think back kinda miss BMT. i wonder where will i be post to. whether is it relax or shiong, we shall see.haha parade form up after our 24KM route march. wasnt that shagg in the first place. it was the after effect legs are damn triing

Been more then a month when i last post after i enlisted. 2 more weeks and i am finish with my BMT. should i say that fast or slow.. you migh tthink its fast when you are in the civilian life outside but when you are inside, everything seems to be moving very slowly espically the clock.haha i have nothing to much to blog about except for army life. i start to become a boring person soon. haha shall stop here.

21st Birthday

Joke of the year

9th June Monday wake up early at yu xuan house getting ready to sent jacky off to thailand. so meet up with the rest to changi airport accompany jacky to check in then head off to had our lunch at TCC so good of jacky to treat us before he leave. hai also don't no when will we see him again. after sending him to de gate saw him running to towards his gate.haha we are like dragging the time...hahaafter that all of us headed home then after that go yu xuan house to slack. fell asleep very fast because all of us were so tired. then suddenly i heard someone knocking the door i though i was dream so i don't care then it continues so i pull myself up from the bed and i look through the window and i had a shock of my life. i saw jacky and he MISS HIS FLIGHT..hahah omg joke of the year man..lol but also happy because he able to stay in singapore for 1 more day haha shall stop here the next day sending him off to the airport AGAIN.lol everything like repeating itself...lol

First Wedding

8th June was leonard's wedding. The very first wedding i ever attend to be one of the brother haha went down early with aum and yu xuan to the church to help him do all the necessary stuff .all of us on sunday on that day were very smart. most of us wore blazer although its very hot but we just endure.lol. tat day was a great day food were good drinks were good and everything were good.haha haha back to old school taking our best formal picture where most of us are finally in a picture. are we handsome?? haha

Tioman Day 2

Today is the 2ND day of our wonderful trip.haha look at our resort room although look abit old but getting to stay those kampong rooms seems nice.haha

I was the first to jump in followed by the rest and Sherman is last because he want to take picture of us...too bad Sherman semi pro cam cannot bring into the water. lucky he went to rent a underwater SLR camera using the super old school method to take picture of those lovely fishes.have to wait for those pictures to be develop out and scan into computer before i can post out. i bet those pictures are super nice
after snorkeling we then head down to the duty free shop to purchase some items but in the end we only ended up buying liquor. Zhen yuan with this super big bottle of martell.haha and also super cheap. after shopping we decided to go fishing out to the sea where our guide bring us and catch some fishes. we actually take a speed boat out to the sea. cool boat damn fast..haha then when we were fishing half way all of us started to feel dizzy. most of us got sea sick.

Tioman Day 1

2 may 2008 which is last friday myself with sherman zhen yuan and kaizhong went for a 3 days 2 night trip in tioman. day 1 was when we meet up early in the morning and cab down to goldenmile to take bus to malaysia T.Gemok, which the bus trip last about 4 hours before we have to change another form of transport to tioman island which is by ferry. Our first stop in malaysia for our breakfast.Food are great(i think because i am hungry).haha introducting our coach.haha as if we are going for a zoo trip.lolFinally reach the T.Gemok Jetty which the malaysian call them "jeti".



Top deck of the ferry the view are super nice and super windy. can hardy open our eyes.haha Finally after more then 1 hour of ferry trip, we have reach the island.

Water there are super clear lots of fishes. all look so beautiful. On our way to our resort room. so cool and style just like the olden days kampong style.haha
at first we do not know what to do so we decided to go for a snokling practice..hahathats me and sherman preparing for our snokling.hahaafter our snokling we then head down to jetty because sherman wanted to go rent the underwater SLR camera which is the super old school cam that have to put in film. when walking to jetty we manage to see the sunset which is super nice. classic pictures
While waiting for our dinner to be serveto end our first day we decided to go to another resort pub and relax there, had our supper and drink a couple of bottles.haha ok tommorrow will be a more exciting day. we saw this grasshopper in our room when we return from our supper...all of us super scared...lol

As the tittle already says..Character VS Looks. when looking for another partner in your relationship, would you go for character or go for looks. as most people will say they will go for character rather then looks, i think this is TOTALLY BULLSHIT. don't tell me when you looking for another partner you don't go for looks first..maybe out of 100 people maybe 1 of them will really go for character rather then looks ba. so next time if people were to ask you this question again...please answer them honestly...DON'T BULLSHIT

Night Shopping!!

Omg yesterday went out for super late night shopping..i think can say midnight shopping ba...hahah and the shopping center was like full of things i wonder how do they do stock take...i think the staff there will die on the spot when they see the mess done by customers. at first shopping was normal just then when we were about to leave we pass by the level where sell lots of watches i thought was normal so just continue to walk until i saw these watches that catches my eye..
I cant decide which design is nice..haha and they are selling like $172 i think...hahah though abit expensive but its so tempting to buy when goverment gives you extra money to spent...hahaha i think shall not buy first until i have extra cash ba..haha

Finally came to this RADO watch looks kinda simple and about the same with those 2 watches above..BUT it cost $2K to buy this watch..OMG i think i can buy even better things then this watch..but it is super nice..the feeling is very different when u wear it on..you have the rich person look..hahaha and the sales person give the -_- look when i wan to take a look then after i finish he faster take go clean..as if i got virus like tat...haha i know need to keep clean la also have to wait customers to go le then clean ma...this whole week just slack at home only...haha gtg bye

Graduation!!

Finally 3 years of poly life and ended...just recieve letter from school to go back for a a graduation ceremony on 28 May..haha..and after graduation means NS..-_- super sian hahaha

APRIL FOOL!!!

1st April is where people start to play prank jokes on other people...haha but sometime playing prank joke can lead to serious matters..haha today receive quite a number of weird SMS...haha then i first think to think of is April fool...lol...today working was just like normal days one word to describe " BORING" haha everyday stone there doing nothing...then today saw calculater super unique "Hello Kittie" at one of my dealer's desk...haha wonder where can find this type sia..and even worst i saw another dealer take a hello kittie bag...haha don't have the chance to take picture of it...haha ok shall stop here shall update soon again if i have the time...

First Day Of Work

hmm today went to SIM LIM SQUARE to work...today is the first day of work..First time selling something different other then FUJITSU which is LG and its lcd monitor..It was a slacking day but also tiring day..standing the whole day lucky still got sell at least one monitor..so anyone wants to buy LG lcd monitor..come sim lim find mi at level 5..haha graet deals great price and great offer...just that everything is GREAT GREAT GREAT...and thinking of great..heard from people that " GREAT SINGAPORE SALES" is here...dates i not very sure when..haha so i think now everyone start saving and spent on the sale date ba...

SICK!!!

Omg still aving that stupid flu and sore throat..been 2 days le...think is never sleep propely ba...after playing Mahjong till late then ytd morning have to super early wake up to go malaysia for a one day tirp to JB..same old routine when one day trip to JB...morning reach there will go eat..then go "Jusco" for shopping...family memebers will like shop for baby stuff and those house needs...like oil, milo, toilet paper and many other more then evening will go eat...this type go eat steamboat things were like super cheap...they count by plates just like sakae sushi cheapest plant will be like RM1.50 and the most expensive plate is like RM5 haha but did not eat much also..because of stupid flu..hate it when it comes to flu...and tml going to start new job...which is selling LG's LCD monitor which i seldom sell and nv sell the brand before..haha hope everything goes well tml...slack alot but sell many many to earn lotsof commission and pay for the trip to taiwan...

Rule #1

Ohh haven been blogging for a long long time..haha been very busy this whole march..pack with camps roadshow and work.ao many many things to do...recently went for unit camp a 3 days 2 night camp...nothing special but just that in this camp i did notthing at all..haha totally slack the whole camp but sleep less then 6 hours the whole 3 days..haha Using old school method to bowl water...haha our last choice to use this..but it was fun when thinking of the times when we are still cadets eating rations beside the drain..haha
Look is my nephew cute..haha taking his first passport picture.haha. today went to watch "Rule #1" it wasn't scary at all just that the sound effects that make all of us shock. Nothing to blog

hai sian nothing to blog..have been busy working this few days and always playing basketball and recently injured my knee..-_- this march and april must chiong for work..because going to save money for my TAIWAN trip..its my this year primary objective..lol i want to go...haha and people have been tempting me to go there..because its damn fun hai shall stop here and blog if there is anything interesting things happen..lol

Earliest Movie

OMG yesterday morning went to watch my earliest movie in my whole life...9 am the movie "Ah Long" so damn early la..even the cathay cineplexes the shop haven open yet..lol but worth watching it that early because its free..the Grand Cathay was like so big think can fit 100 people...haha hit my record watch so many movies this week...lol

Confused

Hai what should i do..someone tell me..i am stuck with all this events and clashes with one another. first is the selection of trainers for sec 1 camp but then it clash with my part time job in CGS "cresent girls school" which is a must to work for all 3 days..ok nvm next is public IT show which falls on the 6 march to 9 march then 6 march got speech day parade it clash again. 7 to 9 is sec 1 camp..also clash..ok nvm then finally 13 march to 19 march is "Ngee Ann Poly" Computer show..then 14 march to 16 march got sec 3 NCO course which i also need to go..OMG someone please tell me what should i do...those who do not know anything please don't anyhow blame people..if you are in my shoes and you think u also will get confuse and do not know what to do...

hai next time "Kai Zhong" ask me out i shall not go again le...2 days going out with him make me waste so much money...watch 2 movie ytd..then today say wan go walk walk only..then walk here and there at tampines then suddenly walk to centry square basement...then kaizhong give this stupid idea of eating "Sakae Sushi" say its still in time for the buffet..haha then also duno why we also follow go eat..then in the end he pay the most BECAUSE we counted as student rates and he is adult rate..haha lucky for us by not for him..haha

2 Movies!!!!

OMG today went out with kai zhong and zhen yuan to watch movie because kai zhong jio to watch. At first watch "CJ 7" then after that went to mac and slack then after that went to watch another movie "Kungfu Dunk" haha first time ever watch 2 movies in one night.
Cool "CJ7" funny and touching show which makes me drop a few tears and the small pet so cute.
"Kungfu Dunk" wha nice show but so kua zhang sia..slam dunk like no other people's business using kungfu to play basketball. still got final stance "Qian Kun Da Mo Yi" turining back the time..haha unbelievable...lol and 1 thing that "Fang Shi Jie" said something correct..playing basketball or even anyother things we all need teamwork to complete something more brains to think is better then one.

OMG MATTHEW after reading you and michelle post tend to miss you all...mis the times when we go out together..haha play ball then lan after that...haha sian now my FYP over le thinking of going overseas...but i cant go ur pllace there because its like so damn freaking expensive...then when u come back i going "Enlist" liao sian then no chance to go overseas with you...hahaha tag my blog more offen then can talk and play game...haha

happy valentine to everyone whether are u attact or single..HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY.. today was a super angry day sia...went to eat dinner at pasir ris at "Beach Culture" also know as the "Water Cross" totally a bad place...service lousy, food serve slow never give discount when we like 1 and half hour for our meals then in the end never come total angry sia...then ask for feedback form they say only VIP can have the feedback form...why only VIP can feedback ar we cannot meh..look down on us..no money pay izzit we all...then in the end pay for the drink then eat to HK cafe in pasir ris...

Firstly wish everyone HAPPY BIRTHDAY because today is Lunar New Year of the 7th day where everyone birthday is...haha and Yeah finally its over my 1 whole sem of project...finally the nightmare is over...BUT still have to my final report...omg so many pages to do full of words picture and porgramming...haha hmm now a free person time to look for a job earn lots of money and go "OVERSEAS" haha...planning to go taiwan or someother place that is far because want travel further rather then stay in singapore or going to malaysia..anyone wna to join me for the taiwan trip...

Haha today went orchard with a few buddy to get some new year clothing today was a big catch for them..haha i only manage to get a shorts and a pair of formal shoe...lol shopping around orchard..Wisma Taka and ect..and we went to a shop "ZARA" one of the biggest zara shop in orchard..went there to look for my formal wear but nv get it in the end...and some thing that catches my eye was this fire extinguisher..haha

Ytd went out with Jemaine to Pasir Ris HK Cafe to eat and slack..haha start eating from 6pm then sit and talk until mid night..cool haha then hop from HK cafe to Coffee Club which is just beside only...at there talk and keep laughing at people...lol we are so bad right haha then we had our dessert.

Mix Fruit Chocolate Fondue Haha think jemaine see this post she will kill me...lol but i still will post i don't care...lol had so much fun ytd laughing at the coffee club waitress so funny...lol after eating then decided to walk from pasir ris back to simei.. wha its a long journey. will not forget the experience at petrol station...haha then after that head home and that all for ytd..lol shall blog again next year and wishing everyone

Yesterday went to have dinner with my family at Orential Hotel and the name of the resturant is "Melt The World Cafe" i can tell you it really melt you when you are inside service is good and the food is even better...It taste so nice and so fresh which cost mi $78++ for the buffet but it really worth the money. If you have extra cash and want to papmper yourself with some good fine dinning you can try this...haha and i think theres something which the whole world grils will love it which is the dessert part. Too bad i only manage to take 1 picture of the fresh shell food and mini lobstor to accompany it..haha its usual price is around $50++ per pax its so expensive now is becasue christmas period and they have extra things like the log cake, turkey and hamHeres the one and only picture i have for the whole dinner..haha

OMG!!!

OMG!!! i cant believe it i took a ride in the new bungy swing which is the GX5 damn cool la..it was very scary but after that everything ok le...the height is like jumping down from a 10 story high building...its free fall...is just like priate ship but this is super high priate ship...i think this is my first time experience in such a extreme sports cool man...if got the chance again i will try again and this time i sure wan to be the pliot...lol too bad i nv take picture if not can post it...haha.

Boring day...

ohh what a boring day today..sian went to school as usual then come back home..max jio me go slack around with him in town.. then so i meet up wif jemaine, max and his friend in marina square to eat but all de place is like damn pack with people then saw yoshinoya wasn't much people so we decided to try out the food. finally i noe why the place does not have much people because the food there sucks totally, then eat finish le go slack at the singapore river at there take crap do nothing then sit a while le in the end head home...hai what a boring friday night k shall stop here hope to update soon...

wha finally i got my new blog...think it have been quite some times i last update since my blog le..been busy doing my stupid FYP project..haha..hmm finally the SITEX show is over so damn tired. saying of IT show met a stupid person who is so damn irrating feel like whacking him..so F***ing haolian so wat if he buys expensive shoes juz wan to show off only wat..damn it when people ask wats ur hobbie he will say looking at people wear fake shoes WTH no wonder he is so fat.. really cant stand him sell so little unit still wan to act infront of ppl BTH..angry k stop here other then update if free..lolx
